Would You Take Keegan Back?

Doncaster Rovers chairman John Ryan says he wants ex-Newcastle manager Kevin Keegan to take over as Rovers' new manager. Which of course brings up the question: "as a Toon fan would YOU like him back at Newcastle?"

Donny parted company with their boss, Dave Penney, on Wednesday and Ryan has set his sights high in the search for a replacement.

Doncaster-born Keegan, 55, quit Manchester City in March 2005 and has not worked in football since. Knocking back TV offers and several managerial positions. Can Rovers coax him?

And with Glenn Roeder struggling to attract the big names to St James' Park ... would you like to see him back here? Post your comments on our message board.

Ryan told the Daily Mirror: "Kevin Keegan is the man I want as manager. It's the sort of challenge that would appeal to him."
