Birmingham City's game with Leeds United is in doubt because of the awful state of the St Andrews pitch. So what happens now? Will they be fined for not playing the match? Apparently not.
But if as expected Brum's game with Leeds does go the journey, Steve Bruce will have more time to prepare for Wednesday's replay with United at St James' Park.
However there is some good to come out of it for Newcastle, because instead of serving his suspension on Saturday, Blues Radhi Jaidi, who was sent off against United, will miss the replay.
