Toon Target Heading To Portsmouth?

The England left-back has only a year of his contract to run at relegated Reading and he wants a return to the Premiership.

Although Reading want £5m for the defender, Redknapp is believed to be ready to offer £3million.

"Reading have already got the hump with me for leaving. So I am not going to try to upset people by saying he should go and sign for so and so.
