Souness set for Old Trafford Raid

Phil Neville is the latest Man.Utd player to be linked with a move to St.James Park.
The full back has found himself out of the first team set up this season and only made the England squad this week as a result of injuries. Sven Goran Eriksson had already stated that players must be playing regularly at club level to be considered for international selection.
Neville joins Wes Brown and John O'Shea in the evergrowing list of Old Trafford stars being touted with a move to Newcastle.
Whilst O'Shea and Brown would be considered for a central defensive role, an approach for Neville would be done so with Bernard's ongoing contract wrangle in mind.
Nicky Butt has demonstrated how a player on the periphery of first team affairs at Old Trafford can rediscover his best form following a move. Butt would surely welcome the arrival, a player he has known since their youth team days in Manchester.
Brown, a player once described by Sir Alex Ferguson as the best 'natural defender' he had ever seen, could be set for a Janaury transfer to St.James as his contractual dispute ensues.
Graeme Souness need look no further than Old Trafford in January to solve our defensive woes with a move for both Neville and Brown certainly in the offing.
