The centre-back appeared to be struggling slightly near the end of the game, but Sir Bobby insisted that it is nothing to worry about.

"Jonathan was struggling a bit at the end with a sore groin and a tightness in his calf," he told the Evening Chronicle.

"It's to be expected having played four games in two weeks after not playing for two months.

"He hit the wall as you sometimes do, but we'll look after him for the rest of the week and let him recover from that.

"I have no hesitation in saying he will be OK. It's just a reaction to playing four games, he hasn't pulled anything - it's just tired muscles."
