Marveaux signed a five-and-a-half-year deal to join Newcastle from Rennes on a free transfer in 2011. But he failed to win a regular starting role under Alan Pardew and made just 13 League starts in three seasons before his return to France last summer.
A player who never really settled on Tyneside and of those 13 starts I'd go as far as to say he played two decent games.
