an Arsenal fan who was arrested on suspicion of a racially-aggravated public order offence against Newcastle United’s Cheik Tiote back on March 12.
Arsenal carried out an internal investigation following reports that an individual had been caught on Sky Sports’ live television coverage of the match at the Emirates Stadium abusing Tiote.
A 29-year-old was arrested and taken to a north London police station, where he was subsequently bailed.
