He plays for Belgian club Standard Liege. They initially hoped to tie up a permanent deal but have agreed to a loan deal, with a view to a long-term transfer in May.
Fulham offered £1.25m for him in the summer.
His agent Will Sherling: "The best club for him is one that will develop his profile as a player. He doesn't need to get tangled up in which club is bigger than the next."
