"That was my fifth of the season and I've been told it's the Tottenham game I'll miss," said Griffin.
"I'm a player who is going to pick up bookings - perhaps I'll pick up the odd red card as well now and again. Luckily enough I've not yet.
"But that's the way I play and I'm not going to change for anybody. I'll miss the Spurs game but hopefully be back in."
