He doesn't write his own songs, so we can forget about asking him to come up with a terrace chant to sing the praises of Chris Hughton.
But I'm sure, spurred on by Steven Taylor, SOMEONE will come up with a chant before Christmas.
Taylor says that the players would be thrilled to hear the fans chanting Hughton’s name by the end of the season.
Taylor: “I would love to hear it in the next game if the fans had their own song. What a buzz that would be for the manager.
“If we hear that as players it would just spur us on as well.
“Let’s give Chris a new song, and if you can find one, all of the players will join in on the pitch.
“He deserves it, and he deserves any credit he gets.”
