Faye in Toon for medical - we can't afford another injury prone purchase

Reports are suggesting that Senegalese midfielder Amdy Faye is in Newcastle today to undergo a medical and tie up the loose ends of his £2 million move to St.James’ Park.

A player who has already failed a medical whilst in the process of a move to Fulham last year will no doubt pass our inspection with flying colours only to be sidelined in the coming weeks.
