Carver was charged with improper conduct as a result of his confrontation with referee Rob Styles at the end of the 1-1 draw with Birmingham City.
The charge came despite Styles being happy to accept the coach’s apology about the incident.
Carver has not requested a personal hearing to explain his actions, so it is now just a matter of waiting to see what punishment the FA decide to dish out.
