Freddy Eastwood and Keiren Westwood are out for Coventry.
Eastwood is absent with a groin problem while Westwood is recovering from concussion and nursing a dislocated finger following a clash with Dele Adebola in the lead up to Bristol City's opening goal on Saturday.
Right-back Stephen Wright is also likely to remain sidelined with the Achilles problem he incurred at Barnsley 10 days ago.
"Freddy hurt his groin in the first 10 minutes against Bristol City and won't be ready. With Keiren we could be looking at the next couple of games without him," said Coventry boss Chris Coleman.
"I don't know whether Stephen Wright is going to be ready for the game, or whether he will be ready for Doncaster at the weekend.
"You want all your best players fit and in the right positions, and we haven't got that at the minute."
