David Seaman’s nemesis is reportedly on the verge of signing for Manchester United but the ‘journalists’ at the Sunday Mirror claim that he will move to St James’ Park instead, with Laurent Robert returning to his former club in part exchange.
However a quick look round the rest of the papers will lead you to believe that he will also be joining Barcelona and Real Madrid, despite the fact that PSG’s new boss Vahid Halilhodzic has said he is not for sale.
Meanwhile Anderlecht striker Nenad Jestrovic and Perth Glory defender David Tarka are the latest players to be linked with a move to St James’ Park.
