Will Rangers Buckle For £8m?

Cuellar says he wants to stay at Ibrox, but the English media has already taunted him with stories that being second in a "two-team" league is hardly the success the player claims he has found.

The Premiership is the test ... not a jumped-up league that seems to get more corrupt by the season.

The SFA are outraged that UEFA plan to give a Champions League spot to the Scottish Cup winners and not second place in the league ... creating the chance that Rangers and Celtic could miss out on Europe ... which has the SFA shitting their pants!

Keegan has watched Cuellar on at least two occasions in the last few months, including the Gers' UEFA Cup success over Werder Bremen at Ibrox in March.

The 26 is under consideration.

Rangers manager Walter Smith, however, is in no mood to allow the Spaniard to leave on the cheap. And £8m is said to be the price they would allow him to go, as Cuellar was only a £2.6m purchase from La Liga outfit Osasuna last summer.
