Harper: "I'm sure the manager would want to play us both at Old Trafford.
"But the battle recommences on July 7, and I'll be desperate to be out there for the first game.
"I enjoyed it (spell in the first team). I played 21 games, and over the last 20 months I've played something like 45 games.
"It was a bonus, and vindicated my decision to hang around.
"I was fortunate to play last season at the end when we had a pretty good run.
"I wasn't in the team when we were struggling, but that's when you really want to be out there."
