Vuckic was in Armstrong's position during Newcastle's Europa League charge to the quarter finals, and was tipped for glory.
But football is a fickle game - Armstrong is the flavour of the month - and that can be taken away with the flick of a switch.
Vuckic is looking for another loan move, having been told he has to find another club.
