Viduka said: "As far as the Middlesbrough supporters are concerned, I don't really know what kind of reception I will get.

"But whatever happens, it will not change the way I feel about Middlesbrough Football Club.

"Newcastle supporters have yet to see the best of me but perhaps that will all change on Sunday.

"I loved my time at Middlesbrough and if I did score on Sunday I would not celebrate too much because it was a great part of my career there.

"I enjoyed it and I am looking forward to seeing a few old faces at the Riverside.

"But I am a Newcastle United player now and I will be focussing on trying to take the three points home."
