Viduka Could Miss Arsenal Clash!

Viduka's double paved the way for a 3-1 Premier League victory over West Ham on Sunday, but he is fighting a battle to shake off a knock to his foot.

Obafemi Martins will replace Owen, and if Viduka makes the cut Sam Allardyce will have to decide whether to play Shola Ameobi or Alan Smith.

Smith finished the match on Sunday as Martins' strike partner, and that could be in Sam's thoughts today.

Ameobi took a lot of stick after the Derby County fixture, something that didn't sit right with the Toon manager, who said afterwards: "Shola was no worse than the rest of them!"

But the ex-Bolton boss was quick to learn that Ameobi is not the strongest target man in the Premiership ... if a target man at all!

Spanish full-back Jose Enrique and Senegal international Abdoulaye Faye could be handed starts.

Allardyce: "Our drawback is that they played on Saturday and we played on Sunday and we have got about 48 hours' recovery.

"We will have a lot of changes, I would have thought, but probably by the same token, Arsenal will have a few as well."
