"However, I think I've got to the bottom of the problem.
"I feel that I've been doing too much in training and over-working myself at the end of the week.
"What I'm looking to do now is get in all the hard work early on in the week and ease off a bit by the end of it.
"Certainly, when I was injured at Reading I put it down to being over-worked.
"Steve's (Harper) done very well.
"We lost it against Portsmouth because of four or five minutes of madness."I went with the lads to Sunderland and I'd have loved to have been out there because that's the kind of atmosphere I thrive on."
