United hold on to young talent

The 17-year-old defender has already established himself as a regular in the reserves and is captain of the England Under-17 team, as well as being regarded by the Newcastle and England coaching teams as one of the best young players in the country.

It’s great to see the club continuing its commitment to bringing through the best youth players and we can look forward to Taylor challenging Jonathan Woodgate and Titus Bramble for a first team place in the next couple of years.
