He joined up with his team-mates in the Austrian 'boot camp' earlier this week having paid a visit to top German doctor Hans Muller-Wohlfahrt and is desperate to get out on to the training pitch after missing the early sessions.Emre missed the end of the campaign with an ankle problem.
Emre: "I don't think I can do any ball work for three weeks, but hopefully I will be ready for the start of the new season. I cannot wait. I will just have to wait and see what happens.
"We will do much better next season with the new players here.
