The 21-year-old Frenchman allegedly had a fight with team-mate Abdoulaye Faye before the last fixture of the season, but he is quick to play it down.
N'Zogbia: "I am happy at Newcastle Utd and, to tell the truth, I have always been.
"At the moment, all I am concentrating on in playing for the French Under-21 squad in Sweden at the end of this month and then, like the rest of the Newcastle squad, looking at what players we are going to get in the close season.
"I have been at Newcastle since I was 17 and I have never been involved in a fight with anyone.
"And why would I pick a fight with Abdoulaye Faye? Not only is he a friend of mine, but he is also a little bit bigger than me."
