Toon Goalkeeper Happy To Move On!

Dutch goalkeeper Tim Krul turned down the offer of a move back to Holland with Feyenoord in the summer, and Newcastle snubbed an offer from Chelsea. The youngster has gone to ... Carlisle ... and he is more than happy!
The Under-21 international starts his month-long loan today with a fixture against Cheltenham.
Tim Krul: "I need to get out and play, and Carlisle is a good way to get some first-team games. I'm really happy about it.
"The opportunity has come now, and it'll be good to play for a month there. It's always good to get experience.
"I need to wait for my moment, and when the moment comes, I need to be ready for it.
"It's always good to get some practice in like this. January's coming up, so I've got to make sure I show Newcastle what I can do.
"You never know what will happen, or the situation with Newcastle. I have to make sure I'm ready, and that's the most important thing."
