A High Court judge in London ruled that a VAT tribunal which found against the club seven months ago must now reconsider the case.

The dispute centres on fees paid by the club for the services of agents involved in 46 different transactions concerning players' transfer and contract arrangements, the net value of which totalled £3.1million.
