Now we hear Manchester City have reportedly made Brazilian star Ronaldinho an offer that would make him the highest-paid footballer in the world.A delegation of City representatives travelled to Brazil on Saturday to formally confirm they would be willing to pay the Barcelona forward around £200,000-a -week.
According to the Guardian the discussions were mainly with Ronaldinho's brother and agent Roberto de Assis although there is expected to be more talks over the next two days.
