Taylor makes Chairboys move

The 17-year-old centre-back has recently returned from the World Under-20 championships in Dubai, where he played all three of England’s games, and has previously captained his country at both Under-16 and Under-17 level.

Although a regular in the reserves, Taylor has yet to make his senior debut for United and the loan move represents a great opportunity for him to gain some first-team experience.

Adams has undoubtedly been using his contacts to strengthen the Chairboys’ squad this week, with Luke Moore also arriving on-loan from Aston Villa, but who better for Taylor to learn the finer points of top-level defending from than the former England captain.
