Stuart Pearce After Bramble?

Bramble comes to the end of his four year contract in the summer and Ipswich Town are one of three Championship clubs looking at a bargain basement signing in January.

Bramble has had his problems at Newcastle, but there still those who think he can cut it in the Premiership. And Pearce is said to be ready to offer the ex-England under-21 player a future at Eastfields IF the price is right.

Glenn Roeder confirmed this week the defender still has not convinced him to renew his contract, so January could be an interesting time.
