Rory Delap missed out on his crowning moment of FA Cup glory when injury forced him to sit out the final in 2003, when he was with Southampton.

That day, a goal from Robert Pires won the game for Arsenal.

However, Delap, 31, is determined to enjoy another successful run in the competition with Stoke City and set up a return encounter with Arsène Wenger's side.

Stoke have drawn Arsenal in the FA Cup fourth round, but must first overcome Newcastle United after drawing 0-0 at the Britannia Stadium.

Delap: "We know it is going to be tough, but going on our previous game with them, we can go there and win. We have to make sure we bring our game and, if we do that, Newcastle will struggle."
