Speculation in recent weeks has suggested the fall-out between Mancini and Bellamy would see the former Newcastle Utd striker making a summer switch to Tottenham.
Bellamy's absence from City's squad for the final game of season at West Ham on Sunday did little dispel the rumours.
Mancini: "He had a problem with his ankle after the Tottenham game.
"I think he will be [still at the club next season]."
