He reports ... The Sky Sports package for pubs over the last year has gone up by 30% and Sky Sports 2 has been taken from the package unless the pub takes the Sky Sports Ultimate package which is a major increase in price.
All England and Man Utd games have been switched to Sky Sports 2 to try and force pubs to sign up to Ultimate.
