Sir Bobby Back In A Job?

Former Toon manager Sir Bobby Robson may have turned down the offer of work in Chilly Jocko Land when approached by Hearts, but the land of the Shamrock may well tempt him back to work.
Robson has been out of work for 13 months since been given the elbow by Freddy Shepherd, but he looks set to replace Brian Kerr as manager of the Irish national team.
Kerr has failed to win over the Irish supporters, and the draw against Switzerland on Wednesday was not good enough to see his side qualify for the World Cup.
Although Kerr is desperate to keep his job, it looks as though the FAI will give him his cards on Wednesday. And, according to The Sun, Sir Bobby is a manager in waiting.
