Alan Shearer says Joe Kinnear is well wide of the mark when he says he and Kevin Keegan will take over at Newcastle next month.
Joe Kinnear: "I think the club's going to be sold at the beginning of October and Chris Hughton needs all the help he can get.

"So if I can get in there and get a few results together until obviously the two main people are named, I assume from the new people coming in they will be Kevin Keegan and Alan Shearer."
But TV 'Match Of The Day' pundit, Shearer, said on Saturday night that he's mystified by that claim.
Alan Shearer: "I don't know where that's come from at all. Don't know what they're talking about.
"I was as surprised as anybody was that he (Joe Kinnear) was appointed.
"Judging by his interviews it looks like he's a little bit embarrassed himself. But it's a great opportunity for him - he's in a no-lose situation."
