Peterborough have confirmed the appointment of Kettering manager Mark Cooper as the new boss at London Road.
Cooper, 40, will take charge of the Coca-Cola Championship strugglers from Monday.
Cooper - who has no league managerial experience - has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract and replaces Darren Ferguson, who left by mutual consent on Tuesday.
