Second place can be ours – Robson

Victory over Chelsea on Saturday would move us level on points with Manchester United and although Sir Bobby believes that Arsenal will win the Premiership title, he doesn’t think that second would flatter us.

"We're going into games not fearing anyone. The way we're playing we're a match for anyone," he told The Journal.

"We could have beaten Arsenal had we got 11 players on the pitch, the confidence is sky high.

"We feel like a top-two team because if we win our game in hand we go level on points with Manchester United and they've still got to come to our place.

"I think second place is well within our reach and we can get it because I don't think there is a team in England playing better football than us right now.

"However, I don't think you can say we're better than Arsenal, because we came in after beating Leeds and you look to see that Arsenal have battered Manchester City 5-1 away. It's a bit deflating to be honest."
