Roeder: "It's A Culture Thing"

Glenn Roeder: "This win is not about the team and me but about everyone at the club.

"I am trying to build a culture here that when we win everyone gets the credit and that is most definitely the case today.

"That is why we all thoroughly enjoyed what I can only describe as a fantastic win. Not many teams come from behind at White Hart Lane but we did it twice today to win.

"I knew that because of the players we have, we were always in with a chance as long as we were only one goal behind because we looked so dangerous going forward, and that's the way things turned out.

"Oba Martins has magnificent speed and Kieron Dyer's pace is nothing short of scary. Kieron is getting better all the time and he is now, I am happy to say, a major player at this football club.

"Then there is Antoine Sibierski. It's hard to believe how well he has done."
