Kieron Dyer is back, fit, and looking forward to a good run in the Premiership. And THAT is fabulous news to Roeder!
GLENN ROEDER: "Kieron has played a few games now and it is a completely different Kieron Dyer to the one we have seen over the last 18 months in terms of his ability to accelerate without having any fear of breaking down.
"You can see that has given him a big confidence. It is no coincidence he has scored three goals in this period.
"He is not best-known for his goalscoring - I do not know what his best season is, but if he carries on the way he is he'll get close to double figures.
"That should be his target if he stays fit. There is hopefully the best part of another 25 games to play including Europe.
"The three he has scored have been excellent strikes. You can just see the Kieron Dyer of old, the Kieron Dyer who first signed for the club.
"He is running totally pain-free with no worries or doubts at the back of his mind that he is going to break down.
"In many respects, it has been like signing a new player."
