20-year-old Streete has been pulled back from his loan spell at Port Vale, but the youngster says he wants a return to Vale Park – if Newcastle United’s injury problems ease.
Streete sent a message of support to Vale’s players on Twitter after they beat Rochdale 1-0 at home on Saturday.
Streete tweeted: “Great win for @OfficialPVFC against Rochdale on Sat. Hope the lads keep up the good work, may be back soon.”
