Eagles boss Alan Pardew worked with the France international during his time at Newcastle, and with the 29-year-old said to have fallen out of favour at the Ligue 1 champions, he is now ready to make his move.
Pardew led Palace to a 10th-placed finish in the Premier League and has told the owners of the South London club that he now wants to try and take them to the next level.
