Alan Pardew: "It's a tough game, Man City's third team is pretty strong.
"We'll have to give it a good old go when we get there.
"It's always lovely to come back to Selhurst Park, I thought our fans were terrific, they made a conscious effort to support the team.
"They didn't focus on my position too much, and I thank them for that."
