N'Zogbia Blames Kinnear For Exit!

N'Zogbia concedes that he was angered when Kinnear mispronounced his name, "Insomnia", a mistake the Magpies manager has insisted was accidental.

Charles N'Zogbia: "I don't know if he wanted to have a joke but I was not happy when I heard that.

"When somebody doesn't respect me I won't respect them back.

"I was not really getting on with the manager and I wanted to move away from the club.

"Since they sacked Keegan I was not really happy with the staff and wanted just to go.

"I did not have any conversations with him and I did not know what to do. Sometimes I was playing and sometimes I was not, without any answers really.

"It is fine now. I am happy at Wigan and I want to move on and forget about the past."
