"His thoughts were automatically with the lad, Anichebe, and he was hoping the injury wasn't too bad.
"After that, he was thinking about the three games he's going to miss.
"He's just come, as well, and that's also a big disappointment to him.
"He's come here to play a part, and he'll miss three games. He's an experienced player, and he knows he will play a big part in the rest of those games.
"One game is a midweek game - Manchester United - so that will come around a little bit quicker."
