The former Coventry City striker has not lit up St James' Park since his January signing, and many are questioning if he should be sold in the summer.
The most positive reply came from Fire-Wolf:
Fire-Wolf: I've yet to make my mind up on Best ,he's not one of them players who's an impact player and I think he plays purely on confidence (or lack of it).
Is he a Premiership player ... not from what I've seen.
Could he be a decent player as time goes on ..who knows...but he hasn't had the run of games to actually make a full on honest analysis.
I think he could do a half decent job in the Championship for the right club.
In all fairness though we need a clinical striker in the Prem to go with what we have already.
I'm definitely not a Best fan, but nor will i slag the lad off.
