Llambias reacted with a shake of the head when Ashley's name was chanted in vain from those in black and white.
But as he is the one in the firing line because Ashley is hiding under the bed ... all flak (and soiled underpants) will be aimed in his direction.
Somehow we get the feeling Llambias will be shaking his head a little more in future, as the bitterness on Tyneside is turning to hate.
