But after the no-show boss Dave Hockaday was forced to pit two Leeds XIs against each other.
They won their opening match 16-0 against minnows FC Gherdeina on Thursday.
Goals from Steve Morison, Rudy Austin and Noel Hunt secured a 3-1 win for the first Leeds XI. Matt Smith pulled one back for the second Leeds XI.
