Leeds Getting Desperate!

Having lost their manager to Newcastle, and not having won a match since Dennis Wise flew the roost, they are starting to get desperate/.

They served a writ on the Football League last week in a bid to get their points penalty for breaking competition rules on administration overturned.

Leeds chief executive Shaun Harvey confirmed: "We have now issued proceedings in the High Court against the Football League, asking the court whether their decision was in accordance with their own regulations.

"We're also asking them to do that very quickly. The end of the season is on May 3 and we've urged that the High Court's decision is made public before that date.

"We don't want any play-off issues, promotion or relegation issues dragging on because we don't think that would be fair.

"But we are fully committed to regaining the 15 points."

Let me tell them, they have NO chance of getting their way.

Points can be deducted during the course of a season, from clubs who go into administration, but the FL refuse to 'move the goal-posts' during a campaign.

15 points were taken away ... and that is the end of it.
