Celtic came from behind to beat 10-man Falkirk in a controversial but exciting Premier League clash.

Bairns striker Michael Higdon opened the scoring after four minutes at the Falkirk Stadium but team-mate Kenny Milne put through his own goal on the half-hour mark.

Second-half goals from Kenny Miller and then Shunsuke Nakamura, immediately after Milne had been curiously red-carded for a professional foul on Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, made life comfortable for the champions.

Vennegoor of Hesselink added a fourth before the end to put a better gloss on the result for the Parkhead men who were outplayed for long spells in the match.

Falkirk played the better football as they sprayed the ball around the pitch but Celtic threatened almost every time they moved forward.

Once again, Krul had a splendid match despite the four goals.
