Keegan Has No Interest In Rangers Goalkeeper!

The Sun, more famous for page three than its back pages, has come up with the story "Kevin Keegan is planning a £5million bid for McGregor. The Newcastle boss is impressed with how McGregor has fought hard to become the Ibrox No 1."

With Shay Given haven signed a new contract, and Steve Harper and Tim Krul waiting to pick up the scraps, a new goalkeeper is last on KK's shopping list.

And anyone who saw McGregor's performance on Tuesday, when Rangers were sent crashing out of Europe by FBK Kaunas, will understand why KK would not touch the goalkeeper with a barge pole!

He hardly put a foot right, as he flapped at everything above head-height, and was painfully slow getting down to anything below his knees.

He was possibly the poorest player on the pitch in Rangers make-or break Champions League qualifier.

If Keegan was "impressed", as the Jocko press try to make out, I will eat hay with the Mackems!
