The former Mackem manager has slammed Yorke for criticising him in his autobiography and declared: "I have no respect for him."
Keane (talking to the East Anglian Daily Times): "I don't agree with his criticism of my style of management.
"I take on board those comments from people I respect, but I don't have any respect for him.
"He was quick to sign a new deal at Sunderland. He should put that in his book!"
Keane also said today he had the full backing of the Ipswich board, despite taking the club on their worst start to a season in their history.
