Johnsen joins 'giants'

"Newcastle is a club with ambitions," said the Norwegian, "that I really want to play for. Now I can only smile. It's just such a big club and it will be exciting to play here.

"They want me out there as quick as possible, but I need more time.

"Time will tell when I can get my debut."
